Message from the South Cumbria and Lancashire Resilience Hub. We are a dedicated team that has been established to work with NHS and social care staff (including those working in care homes and providing domiciliary care), other blue light staff and community volunteers who may be struggling with their mental wellbeing as a consequence of their experiences during the COVID pandemic.
Support is available for individuals and their families; it is also available for groups and can be provided either face-to-face or virtually.
