We have been contacted by the managers of Kirkby Lonsdale Coaches, who run the existing 552 service to notify us that they are providing Sedgwick with extra services.

The new 552 will continue on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Times of the journey towards Kendal are unchanged, but the return trip will run 30 minutes later to allow extra shopping time in Kendal.

To avoid diluting the usage to Kendal, the NEW services on Tuesday and Thursday will be to different destinations.

On Tuesdays, there will be a new 550 service, to Morecambe Market via Carnforth. It will start at Levens and run via Sedgwick, Hincaster and Arnside.
On Thursdays, they will start a new 551service, to Kirkby Lonsdale Market, starting in Arnside and running via Milnthorpe, Levens and Sedgwick. The Kendal service 552, will be extended to also serve Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.
